Creator analytics API

Before a brand partnership, or after a campaign, you want the same numbers for every creator: followers, recent posts and how those posts perform. Look each one up by handle and get the profile and its latest posts as JSON.

Endpoints

The endpoints creator analytics uses, each a GET request with your key in the x-api-key header.

How it works

  1. 1Look up the creatorFetch the profile by handle on each platform the creator posts to.
  2. 2Pull recent postsRead the latest videos, reels or posts with their views and likes.
  3. 3Work out engagementLikes, comments and shares over views, per post, then the median across recent posts.
  4. 4Refresh on a scheduleStore each run's numbers to see growth over the weeks of a campaign.

Try it

Save your key and the base URL, then make the first calls:

export API_KEY="your-api-key"
export API_URL="https://api.socialparse.dev"

curl -H "x-api-key: $API_KEY" "$API_URL/v1/tiktok/profile?handle=mrbeast"

curl -H "x-api-key: $API_KEY" "$API_URL/v1/tiktok/profiles/videos?handle=mrbeast"

curl -H "x-api-key: $API_KEY" "$API_URL/v1/instagram/profile?handle=nike"

Why it fits

  • Public, logged-out data only: what any visitor can see on the creator's own profile.
  • One response envelope across platforms, with plain count fields such as views and likes.
  • A page of recent posts is one call, so a creator's snapshot costs a few credits.

FAQ

Can I see a private account's posts?

No. A private account's profile card answers with private set to true, and its posts answer LOGIN_REQUIRED.

Is engagement rate included?

The counts are: the views, likes and comments each platform shows, and shares where it has them. Engagement rate is one line of arithmetic over them, so you choose the formula.

Can I use this to profile private individuals?

No. The terms rule out surveillance, background checks and re-identification; this is for public creator accounts and the brands that work with them.
